How Built-In Junk Hauling works

One flexible booking credit covers cleanup, paid hauling time, disposal and landfill fuel.

  1. Start with your booking credit. Booked man-hours × your client hourly rate. At $59 per man-hour, a 32-hour booking provides $1,888 in credit.
  2. Account for disposal and fuel. Disposal is $80 per ton (4¢ per pound), based on landfill weight tickets. Landfill fuel = total round-trip miles ÷ agreed towing MPG × agreed fuel price per gallon.
  3. Use the remaining credit for crew time. This covers sorting, bagging, cleaning, loading, landfill driving, waiting and unloading. Two workers on a 1.5-hour landfill run use 3 man-hours. Count that trip once.

Your budget stays transparent. We explain the estimated allocation upfront, provide an itemized breakdown, and obtain your approval before exceeding your booking credit. Booked hours establish credit; they do not guarantee that many hours at the home.

Bookings under 24 man-hours: Hauling is not automatically included. We’ll provide a separate invoice for your approval if you wish to add it before arrival.

Dumpster rental: A separately selected dumpster follows its rental pricing and included dump-fee terms; the same disposal is not charged again under this hauling formula.
